Tofu Ranch Dressing

Ranch dressing that’s actually good for you! Hear me out on this, this recipe is so easy, so delicious, and full of protein.

Tofu Ranch Dressing

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 block (16 ounce) Silken tofu, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped chives

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine tofu, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Puree until smooth.  Add parsley and chives and pulse to combine.
  3. Transfer to a container and chill until ready to serve.
